1. Could somebody please explain whether Asian students (from India) are eligible for both the programs? If yes, which program is better? As far as my understanding goes, I don't see any real difference in both.
2. Have the job prospects changed in the last few years?
3. Is it normal for the University authorities to not respond to emails?

ILF's LLM in International Finance is specifically designed for students from Asia, but, as far as I know, students from Asia are also eligible to apply for the normal Finance LLM. (The International Finance program is specifically designed to attract students from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau). The Finance LLM will most likely have more of a focus on Europe.
