I did not send my IELTS but I was invited for an interview. I decided to accept another UK law school instead. There is a rolling cycle at the end of each month if I recall.

I would say your work experience relates to the field. If not, you should show at some point that you are interested in the field. If they are interested, they will invite you for further assessment such as interviews. I am not sure about other elements. However, fresh graduates were admitted.
I chose to go to the University of Aberdeen instead due to the living cost and accessible to other parts of the UK.
