Hi All. I completed a Masters Degree in Medical Law in South Africa (with a specific focus on HIV/AIDS) and would like to further my studies in Medical Law but with a focus on International Human Rights (access to health care etc). I'm particularly interested in Intellectual Property aspects pertaining to Medical Law. Also interested in Disability and Mental Health law.
I would like your input on the following:
1) Can anyone recommend a LL.M that would include most of these subjects?
2) Does anyone know of a particular scholarship for full time studies in this field?
3) Can anyone refer me to international organizations that would be keen to employ medical lawyers with these type of qualifications? There are not many opportunities in this field in South Africa so Im exploring international opportunities at the moment.
Thanks in advance for your guidance!
