Job in Brussels based law firm within competition practice after LLM

Hi everyone,

Could anyone please, let me know if I got a chance for an employment having done LLM in International Commercial Law with merit in the UK, final essay concerning competition law and currently doing a traineeship with the Council of the EU but I am not a qualified lawyer ?

Erm, you're probably going to have to be admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction in order to work in a competition law firm (unless you had done economics or the like and they were hiring support economists). Even at places like DG Comp most would be qualified lawyers. There are competition law jobs out there which don't require you to be admitted but they tend to be research/analysis roles tied to one of the competition watchdogs, not jobs in law firms.
