Have I any chance to enter this programme if I am in my last year of studying in Ukraine, not the top university, nevertheless with good grades and diverse experience in moot court and legal competitions?

Nope. I uploaded the document again along with my 1st and 2nd semester transcripts of undergrad-law. I emailed Stockholm university explaining the situation, they replied back saying that they forwarded my application to an admissions officer for re-evaluation. I'm still waiting for a reply.
