Primary, middle, secondary and higher education in Poland is free of charge. There are some plans to introduce tuition fees for university level studies but the constitution must be changed in order to make it.

The University of Helsinki has an English speaking LL.M program with very low tuition.

Guys,
I am applying for the Institute for Law and Finance (ILF) in Frankfurt am Main.
According to former and current students, the Institute has plenty of partners and is able to provide scholarships (even in full) for many of the admitted students. They also have agreement with major support associations and the german government.
I created a blog for the Institute a month ago here at the LL.M Guide and many guys are helping us to get support.
The Institute (ILF) is the 16th more reaserched LL.M. in the site and the university the best for finance in Germany, though. Thus, they must have a lot of applicants, but i will try at least.
Have a look and hurry up...
Bye

Hi,
Finnish universities have no tuition fees for regular degree students - education is subsidised by the State through the Ministry of Education. This also applies to the international degree students and to exchange and visiting students as well.
The Student Unions of the various universities, however, charge an annual membership fee to cover their activities. At the University Helsinki, the fee is c. 75 for the 2008-2009 academic year. Student health care contribution is included in this fee.
