I have applied to programme and sent my documents by post.I am writing about them for status of my application however nobody response and write back to me , how long takes to get admission

I have received a letter of confirmation on 15th March'2018 along with accommodation recommendations.Though a final formal confirmation will be sent after 15th July. This Letter of confirmation is majorly for the purpose that I can start applying for Visa and accommodation.
