Hey guys,
Sorry to raise new post but just needing some favors from all who already get admission on this program.
In favors for all of us, being easily looking for some place and planning about any accommodation fees & expenses, I want to know where do you study in each term?
And does anyone has any idea about dorms, rent rate per month in each city? Esp. at Hamburg, Ghent and Bologna. Prey tell and share..Thxs.
Cheers.

Hey nova!
How are you? Where are you from?
I think that it will be easier and chepear if we share information, and in the best cases share acommodation and expenses, my terms are Rotterdam-Bologna-Bologna (for the last term -maybe- I will go to Aix).
In Bologna (with a student life jeje) I feel that the rate per month can be 550 euro (with a good budget)... maybe someone that already lived in those cities can be more specific on this subject...
Did you received a scholarship?
Kind regards

Did you guys receive an e-mail confirming your allocations to the universities? My choices are bologna-hamburg and rotterdam and i think it would be great if we (i mean who will spend the same terms at teh same schools) can arrange something before arraiving there..
by the way, those who have experience in the programme, could you give some brief info pn the workload in the programme? The programme seems really full of courses (courses in about 4 days according to the bologna webiste)and I wonder if people can find some time for sightseeing and fun..will be glad if you can share your experience..

2 important things we should know before on class.
1) As I know many EMLE students always face problem about accommodation every years, in particular in Bologna. It is not easy for EMLE students to look for a renting for a short period, three months of each terms. Therefore what we can do about this?
2) Very important about the class, pls see EMLE guideline 2008 by Bologna at http://emle-08-09.googlegroups.com/web/Bologna+Students+Guide+2008-2009.pdf?hl=pt-BR&gda=KakKOlkAAAAz71kDtp2CvNtelWoc0cs4EeoIVD84y93NaJMloHOPvx3t-y9Id8808eSKv5WjIULuKhb77cNcGE_pqeKrUemcuKs5kcsO6REWGyCG01VUCInJa8naI6jkeDuEJPYw1L4

Congratulations to all accepted. If you want to get organized, contact Louis Visscher (awesome professor in Rotterdam) through facebook, since I believe he already organized a group for EMLE 2009/2010 on facebook, and he has everyone's email address.
Other than that, enjoy the program, the cities and especially the new people you'll meet. Our graduation will be during your mid-term meeting in Bologna next year, so I'm sure I'll meet some of you.
