Hi everyone,
I am also a French applicant for the LLM, currently doing an LLM in the UK (although I do not have a French Master in Law, strange as it may seem!).
Was just wondering if you know of/are applying to other shcolarships for the COe. Indeed, since we'll only know of the outcome by late April or May it may be too late to find one...
Thanks for you help and fingers crossed!

Hello my dear!
I have one question because I can't find it on the web site of Coe.
Well, I already missed the chance this year so I'll try it for the next year.
And I'd like to know what you need to send on the Coe??! What kind of documents? What kind of exam do you need? IELTS? TOEFL? Or...??
Thank you!
Regards,
xoxo

Hi everyone,
well I chose the same strategy just because the College is the best. I worked for them 3 years ago and met a lot of its alumni and if you want to work in the field of EU law as I do, then there´s no better option than CoE.
Fingers crossed for all of you and let´s hope we´ll meet in September in Brugge!!

Hi everyone,
Like peki, I am only applying to CoE. I am not sure this is the best strategy but other schools didn't convince me as much as CoE. It really seems the best one on all European issues.
I have one question: how do you prepare for the interview? I wonder if I should wait to know if I am pre-selected or not, but then I may only have a 2-week notice, which isn't much to prepare well... Do you actually study for it? Or do you read newspaper and such?
Thanks!

Hi guys! I'm applying to the CoE LLM program as well. I currently do my M2 in France in European Comparative Law, but I'm not applying to the French committee, since I'm not of french nationality.
Just wanted to wish good luck to everyone! :)))

Nothing new on the French side either...Does any French applicant know when the interviews are to be held in Paris?
Posted Feb 24, 2011 09:44
Hey Feather,
Interviews in Paris seem to be planned between April 4 and 8. And preselection results are published two weeks before...

Hey!
Does anybody know if there are any intorductory courses in case of EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies and European Political and Administrative Studies?
I applied for those two programmes and I don't remember if there was any info on that while filling up the application...
Good luck for all of you!

also and not on that matter, speaking for applicants from ENP countries, i was wondering why they keep posponing the deadline? now its april 1st... makes me kinda worried there wont be enough places for us..
anyways, i wish everyone a lot of luck,
hope to see u all there :)

Hi guys,
I'm happy to share the good news with you: I received today an invitation for an interview with the selection committee in Paris! I hope you will also receive the same news in the next days!
The interview will be held in Paris, but I will see if it can be changed into a phone interview since I live abroad. Hopefully there won't be any problems.
Now, I just have to study... And let me know how it goes for you guys!
Cheers.

Both! I got an email with a scanned copy of the letter, and the letter was sent to my permanent home adress in France. It says that the interview lasts 15 minutes and has for objective to precise my research project and my post-CoE plans. I hope you get the same letter soon!
