Iceland is not part of the EU, but the EEA. For each country, there are different recognition standards. I'd suggest calling the Bar in Iceland or whatever they have to check your eligibility. Though, the main issue is not the qualifications you have but the Visa requirements and how stringent they are, i.e. you should have a minimum salary per year etc. The EU/ EEA are rigid (since it's a harmonised system) when it comes to granting Visas and I believe it's best for you to thoroughly check these details beforehand.
