i am applying to ILF and wanted to know if there is anybody else applying there....
or anyone with experience as to what the admission pple are looking for...scholarship opportunities etc...

that is so interesting b/c i had also planned to apply to MLB @ bucerius but now i am not b/c they don't offer full scholarship (which i need in order to attend)
so u have already applied to ILF? that is great. i am trying to apply but the admission pple are not responding to my emails i don't know what to do!
are u applying for a scholarship? how is the school regarding that?
i would appreciate it if you would share ur experience of the application process or other info u r aware of....

last time i heard form ILF was in november and they promised to give me a reply on the application results by the mid-january. so far nothing

i got a very fast yes from MLB (a month after i applied) and a partial reduction of my tuition in like two weeks after submiting the necessary papers

I applied to a scholarship at ILF as well, however my understanding is that they do not offer full-scholarships as well to much.

anyways i will most probably start at MLB in august/september (some finacial issues to solve still)

I am also currently applying to the ILF and also the staff has been replying to my inquiries pretty fast. So I do not understand why you have not had responses.

Perhaps you could write to the admissions staff again - I am sure that you will get your answer quickly. I have not yet completely submitted my documents as well, will be trying to do it in teh next 2 weeks or so...hope to get into the ILF, I heard that from their alumni that they have a great program with very good lecturers - a lot of them come from big law firms and banks!!

I've applied to the ILF too and received an email in late December informing a decision should be expected after the holidays break. I'm still waiting, though.

i dont understand why there are not responding to my emails...

I applied to ILF in Dec still have not recieved a reply , the admissions office sent me a mail stating that they recieved my papers ..........nothing on the outcome though .............I will be applying for the MLB@BLS next week ......

i applied in the end of december and got informed about my admission two days ago.

anyhow, why did you guys apply to ILF? what is your background? i have done only business studies thus far, and would like to complement them with a law education now. Ilf is definitely among my favourites, however, i also got admitted to the llm in commercial law at edinburgh university.

a response from wawrick - llm in corporate governance and financial regulation is still oustanding!

i would really appreciate if you could give me some personal insights on either of those three programmes, in case you happen to know something about them.

I've just received an acceptance email from the ILF.

As for my background, I'm a Brazilian law graduate, top 1% cum laude, 4 years' practice and Toefl 115.
