I would really appreciate suggestions for affordable International Tax LLM programs anywhere in the world. Affordable= less than $15, 000 full time program please.

It seems LLM in international tax is getting too expensive, or is it just me?

I really want to take up a masters program against next year September 2017 , but cant seem do any program that isn't tax related and tax affordable.
