The Executive LL.M. is a 20 credit blended-learning program with three required two-week residential periods in Boston, with the reminder of the program on-line (designed specifically for on-line learning). The courses include Contracts; Corporations; Mergers and Acquisitions; Securities Regulation; International Business Transactions and Agreements; Intellectual Property; Corporate Finance and Accounting; International Arbitration. In addition, there is a colloquium in "Current Issues in U.S. Business Law". For added flexibility, the program is divided into four sessions that are offered in March, June, July and August of each year, in a carousel format that allows students to begin or end on any of the four cohorts.

I think another program to be considered would be the M.B.L. program of the university of St. Gallen. It is also an executive program; it has a flying classroom concept. Courses take place all over the world.
