I'm applying to a graduate program at McGill university. I have sent all the required documents except the "final transcript". Can anyone tell me what is this document?

On my online status it's written "when avalaible" but I'm worried because I just received a mail from the admissions telling me that if all the documents are not sent in a week all my application will be cancelled...

Thanx for your answers, I called them and they asked me to send an e-mail... ! I have just sent it so i guess I just have to cross my fingers now so my application won't be erased!
