You'll want to check with the individual schools.

I'm not sure how a 45 percent aggregate score converts to a western GPA scale; however, a school like McGill will want you to have a GPA of 3.0 or upper second class - University of Toronto looks for a B+ standing.

I would convert your GPA, and then check each school's admissions webpage.
