UK LLB and LPC Graduate

Hi there! I'm on secondment in the US from the UK and have been asked to stay with the Company and take the California State Bar.
Whilst I practice law 'in house' for the Company and have done so for 5 years, I'm not actually a qualified solicitor in the UK (however, I do hold other professional qualifications) Because of this, I have concerns around whether I will even meet the eligibility requirements to take the Bar without additional top up qualifications.
In terms of my legal qualifications in the UK, I have a 2:2 in Law (LLB) and a LPC with Merit. I then qualified as a Chartered Company Secretary with the ICSA. Does this equal the 'LLM' that people talk about?
Can anyone advise whether the above qualifications would be sufficient for me to take the Bar or would I need to study further?
Thanks
Jenna
