Berkeley and NY Bar Exam

Hi!

I'm sorry for bothering you with this question but I have a doubt right now. I am on the waitlist for Berkeley and I would like to take the New York Bar exam. Is it possible to take the New York Bar exam with a LLM from Berkeley (with a prepa before of course)? It is certainly a stupid question but I have a doubt.

btw, When did you got waitlisted and what do you think the chance of gettting admission, also do you know the procedure of additional admission for the waitlisted?

Yes. I got waitlisted as well a few days ago.
Like you, I have the plan to take NY Bar exam. Many frineds of mine who graduated from Berkeley were granted NY bar examination. I guess it is possible.
btw, did you call the office about the waitlist procedure?
Do yoy know the your rank(something like quartiile) of waitliste, which was mentined in Mr.Gutzman's email.

Yes. I got waitlisted as well a few days ago.

I wrote an email because I have other options.
They just know that they might be able to give a rank a before May, 1st but that's all. As the deadline for some students is only in April (18th), I think that they will not be able to say something before.

@ lili21, btw, as I know, admission relasing date varies person by person, which means deadline varies from April 1st to April 18th. Also, some applicants may decline offer very soon. Consequently, Berkely may have available seats for the waitlisted.
Also, can we know the our rank of waitlist right now?

Thanks. I have USC as alternative, but definiteley, my first choice is UCB. What about you?
