Yes you would be. Check the eligibility requirements on www.nybarexam.org/

Suggest that you check with the LLM Program at the school. They should be able to answer your question about their program and the ny bar.
The school should be able to put you in contact with recent LLM graduates from the school who sat for the NY bar or bar of another state.

Thank you for this, apparently attending llm at an ABA approved law school in the US is sufficient.
