UOL LLB - admission in NSW

Hi all,

I have completed my LLB from the UOL International Programme (route B) in HK.

I am considering to study law and I want to be a lawyer in AUS (But I am not going to work in AUS). I did some researches here and understand that I have to undertake further courses like constitution and legal ethic. In respect of this, I have some queries and am seeking your kind assistance.

1. I did not manage to get 50 in some subjects due to low passing rate of UOL, do I have a chance to get exemptions from LPAB of NSW for those subjects?
2. I have seen from another old post saying that LPAB will probably give me a list of 7-10 core subjects (and one even said he received a list of 12 subjects), but I have checked the updated uniform principle that i just need to complete 11 core subjects, in which I have completed 9 from my LLB, it doesn't seem the same as what ppl said here. Just wonder if there is any change.
3. Once I have done the core subjects as required by LPAB, will I get another LLB from the relevant university? And what choice do I have? I prefer distance learning.
4. As I need to take further academic courses and PTL in NWS, can I take them at the same time or the completion of academic courses is prerequisite prior to taking the PTL?
5. As stated on the website of Law Society of NSW, a course of PLT includes "work experience" of 75 working days. I am worried about whether it is included in the course itself or I will need to find a job myself (in fact i am not going to work as a lawyer anywhere but I need a qualification of lawyer due to my job nature).
6. Is it hard to enroll in PTL in those recognized course providers? (I got 2:2)

Indeed hank you very much for your help.
Cheers

George
