Hi there,

I'm from Ireland and trying to choose between doing an LLM at the University of Melbourne or at the University of Amsterdam. I intend to spend a year in Melbourne with my family and do my LLM at the University at the same time.

My interest is in Public International Law. I know the Law School at University of Melbourne is one of the top in the world but the specific Public International Law course in University of Amsterdam is one of the best programs.

Has anyone done an LLM in Uni of Melbourne and gone on to work in this area, what was your experience?

Which qualification would look best to the European or international institutions?

I would be grateful for any insight or guidance on this! Thank you so much in advance.
