my daughter is currently in her final year law in nottingham university uk. She is keen to continue her LLm in environmental law in australian universities. could u advice me for the best ranking universities in australia for environmental law. Can she directly enter the LLM programme without doing any aditional course. Will the shift from uk degree to Australian degree be a difference in approach. what is the duration of the course. She is also looking into NZ universities. Please advise me.

Hi Lali,
Might want to look into the LLM in Environmental Law offered by the Australian National University. The University is one of the top 3 in Australia and what is required is merely a pass law degree.
I do not think that the approach in the UK Degree to Austrailan degree be very much different because both are using the common law system.
I am not familiar with NZ universities so I can't advise on that.
Hope this short reply helps!
Cheers
Greg
