Hi, I am currently final year Bioengineering student, and interested to do further studies in patent/IP law.

I have some questions in mind about the career as patent attorney.
1. What is actually the difference between Patent Agent and Patent Attorney?
2. As a patent attorney, will there be any chance that we have to be in court?
3. So, what is the most recommended path for an engineering student like me to pursue a career as a patent attorney in Singapore?

I really need some enlightment, since most of my Professors in school don't really know about Patent Attorney.
