It would be totally waste of time and money to do LLM from GNLU. They don't have good teachers and are not focused upon LLM course. You would be surprised that most of the teachers handling LLM course at GNLU are not even professor. There is only one professor as of now in the entire university but still the current director boasts of the quality and has self declared GNLU as a research based teaching University. Many of the classes are being taken by those teachers who themselves are just an LLM passed with NET qualification. Teaching quality of LLM is worse than you can think of. No placement after LLM is general rule with certain exceptions. However, the scene of placement is same in all NLUs including NLS Bangalore. If you are planning to join LLM in any of the NLUs for getting placed in law firms and all then drop the idea. However, there might be chances of getting placed in third tier law firms along with LLB juniors.
