Hi, right now I am studying an LLM in McGill and my GPA is 3.33 (over 4) I want to know if this is good, bad, very good or
average in order to get a job or pursuing a PHD after graduation.

well, it depends on the school u went to , ur rank etc..
But I think overall anything above 3 is good (all things being equal)
With regard to getting a job I think it is very good, I am not sure about pursuing the PHD (but only b/c I don't know the criteria for selection) Generally, i hear that inorder to do ur masters the least grade u should have is 2.5/4. So if they follow that in the PHD program then I'd say ur chances r pretty good.
