Oxford has the largest law faculty in the United Kingdom and is a leading centre for research. It also offers a range of Postgraduate courses covering all aspects of the law and legal scholarship: our oldest programme, the Bachelor of Civil Law; the Magister Juris, a companion programme to the BCL for those from a civil law background; and three more specialist programmes, the MSc in Law and Finance, the MSc in Criminology, and the MSc in Taxation (the latter a part-time programme).
