I am in "waiting to generate application form" for almost 40 minutes!!

I am not applying to Yale, but experienced a similar problem with the on-line application for Berkeley. When I submitted it, it said 'waiting to generate application package' forever, and didn't progress further. I wrote an email to LSAC and it turned out that I was using the latest version of Word, which wasn't compatible with their system, and the document needed to be converted into an older version of word, which the LSAC technician kindly did for me. I recommend you email LSAC and seek their assistance.
