Which program is better?

I have received 2 ADs from the WCL international legal study, and the U of Miami international arbitration. I have completely no idea which one is better(reputation? quality?)~~Could anyone help me decide?

Hello everyone!!!

I just got in Northwestern!! At first I was hoping to study in New York but I heard so many good things about Chicago that I am really looking forward to this year abroad.

That being said, I just need your opinion on something. AS I said I really wanted to go to New York because I LOVE the city. Currently I am waiting for the replies of Columbia and NYU (I don't think I will get in inasmuch as I don't have a good TOEFL...). Anyway to put the odds on my side I was planning to apply to Fordham as well (deadline 1st March). I noticed that Northwestern had better rankings than Fordham. Now that I got in Northwestern I am wondering if I should apply to Fordham anyway. What could you advice me to do?

Thanks in advance for your help!
And congratulations to everyone who got in and good luck to the others during the wait...

Both programs WCL & UM are similar enough and neither school is elite. So, just decide based on whether you want to live a year in DC or Miami. WCL may offer more opportunities with internships, etc., but Miami is a very international city also.

Northwestern is a very good univ, depends also on what you want to specialise in?
why do you think that you wont be admitted to NYU ( how bad is your toefl ? )
Fordham is famous for business careers and also for its central location!

Thank a lot for your answer! I want to specialize in public international law. I think I won't be admitted because I only got 21 on the writing part instead of the 22 required (and 101 in general) and I know they are pretty strict about it! But we'll see, I didn't apply to Fordham anyway :)

I think that if you have a good background the TEOFL score doesn't matter that much and 21 instead of 22 it is just not a big deal.. I mean if they don't admit you because of this ..
I think fordham is not a good choice for Public law nothewester would be better anyway !
But i dont know when nyu will post answers so i you have time to wait before paying the deposit you xan just wait..we are all in the same boat for different universities..

Thanks, that's reassuring! I know we're all on the same boat waiting... Fortunately I have a delay until April to make the deposit for northwestern. I was just in a hurry to apply to Fordham inasmuch as the deadline was today... :) thanks again for your advise!

Miami is excellent in arbitration, both Jan Paulsson and Albert Van den Berg teach there, two of the most highly regarded experts in the field.
