I got a scholarship from the Bureau of Budget in my home country to pursue my LLM abroad but there is a condition that I have to study "Public Finance Law" and since the American budgeting system is a model for my country, I think going to US is the best option and I, myself, dying to go to the US as well but I found out that most of prestigious american universities do not provide any Public Finance Law class. So please advise me about this issue. Thank you in advanced.
