where do i apply???

Sabine

I m a law student in my last year of law school. Next year I like to do an LLM. As I m a normal student without outstanding marks, I was wondering where I apply the best. I reckon NYU will not except me with my random marks. Or am I wrong?
And which Unis are the best then for economic and commercial law?
Cheers!

Hi Sabine,

first of all, it would help if you said where you come from so that someone from your country may help you in order to esteem the value of "normal" grades. Can you rely on several "specials" (extracurricular activities etc.)? This helps in the application process.
As for law schools strong in business law: Take a look at the top 20 schools, they are all business prone in some way. You should look at the law schools individually and search their websites for information. For example, if you are interested in the economic analysis of law, Chicago is the place to be. You should judge by yourself due to your interests. If you want to get a general grasp of business law without special research interests, you cannot do something completely wrong.
