I am worried about their acceptance rate because the program is very small (which I think it's good because you can closely work and study with the professors).
Therefore, I am just concern about their admission criterior.
Only high profile candidates (like for Harvard or Stanford) can be accepted ?
Anybody have some suggestions?

Vanderbilt Law School admits LL.M. students with a wide range of qualifications, some are practicing lawyers, others are professors, and some are students just completing their studies in their countries. I encourage you to apply and to contact me via email at
cynthia. coleman@law.vanderbilt.edu
if you would like to contact current LLM students or alumni.

Vanderbilt is a top 20 school with an impressive academic faculty and obvious expertise in transnational law - I am guessing competition would be tough. I recall it is considered a Southern Ivy (Magnolia League) and is ranked highly in the U.S News Rankings for law.
I encourage you to contact the school, they are very helpful.
