Wow!! Congratulations to everybody! I'm in the same situation..and making a decision is so tough! and the more I look at different web sites or rankings, and the harder it gets!!the most important driver for the choice would be how successfull their career services turn out to be..But unfortunately I don't have any basis to compare them..
What do you think guys?

I dont know but i have done my research and the career services at most of these schools are excellent. do you plan to stay in the states after you complete your LLM? There are opportunities but one needs to be very agressive in networking

I received today the package containing all the enrolling information. It looks great actually..there's plenty of details about the campus, the faculty and Nashville..It's really persuading me..! I think I'll just wait a few more days for more answers..otherwise: Vandy, here I come!:-)

Really??Mid-march?? wow! laaaate! I also applied to UCLA and Michigan...but haven't heard from them yet, so I don't know..I guess they must have already sent out their admittances..but let's wait a few more weeks! In any case we still have "Vandy" as they call it!:-) Which I don't mind actually..!

UCLA is one of the schools that sends out their admission letters in March (from what I've heard). I also applied there, along with USC, NYU and Duke (and other school where I am not going to go to because Vandy is way better) ! But I am really excited about Vanderbilt and I am sure I would absolutely love living in Nashville !

I am also admitted to Vandy, and have received the admission materials per FedEx. (a hint: Obiter Dictum is really helpful in making your choice).

I also received an admission from Duke, but frankly, I think Vandy is much better (or am I wrong? any thoughts on that?).

Still waiting for a decision from UCLA and Michigan (Ann Arbor), but I think I'm going for Vandy :). Has anyone already visited Nashville? How about life outside campus?

Hi! me too actually, I'm the same situation: I am still waiting for responses from Michigan and UCLA, but at this point I started to think I haven't been admitted, since haven't heard anything from them so far!!but now I guess it's just because they send out their admittance letters later than other schools. Well, according to the rankings UCLA and Michigan should be better that Vandy, but I don't really care at this point: after recieving all the package I liked Vandy, the campus and most of all the fact that small classes allow us to have a good ratio and connection with teachers (and we're not used to that in Italy unfortunately, mainly because of overcrowded classes!!).
Regarding Nashville, well as far as what I could see from maps it does't look all that bad, the people are friendly (southern-style) and it shouldn't be expensive either!
What about staying in touch guys, so we can update each other maybe if we have any feedback or thoughts on Vandy..?? Hope to hear from you soon!

And yes, Nashville looks like such an awesome city to live in ! It's the perfect size !
