Based on reputation and location, the edge would have to go to UCLA. Westwood is much nicer than southcentral LA.

I'm in the same problem with kourt.
As richardvf advised, I heard that UCLA is better than USC in terms of campus, facilities, and surroundings. However, I also heard that USC is much better than UCLA in terms of LL.M. curriculum, supporting office and staffs. UCLA seems not to pay much attention to its LL.M. program.
Is there someone to give us information? I would really appreciate any advice on this issue.

I already admitted by USC. Waiting for UCLA.
