hey tota.. from what i know.. n this opinion is solely mine.. i kinda like the IP program offered by USF.. n if i had to choose between a place i know and a place i am unsure of.. i would want to go to a place i know.. i kinda remember that u said u already had a job offer in SF.. correct me if i am wrong.. but wouldn't it be better to finish you LLM and accept that offer.. of course.. i might be wrong n this is just my opinion...

P.S- to add to that i have no knowledge about USC n its program..

hey atticus, thanks for the advice. The thing is, I basically don't have too much information on USC and I would hate to make a decision based on the fact that I only know about the one of the options. I do have a job in S.F waiting, but I guess I could always go after the program. Obviously, I have yet to have replies from the rest of the schools before I decide anything. But this website has been my guide right from the beginning, so, whenever in need, I resort to the posts! How about u? Are u still waiting on any schools?

What happened with BU? I have applied to GW, UCLA, Fordham, Berkeley, Stanford (but I won't be asking schools to postpone the deadline for the deposit just because Stanford replies in April-i'm pretty sure I know the answer-) Cornell, Penn and I think that's it! : ) And I haven't applied to BU, which I was and still am thinking about... so I would really like to hear your opinion about this last one. Should I go ahead and apply? Obviously, Berkeley and Stanford are my priorities... But after that, there are many many many factors to take into consideration, so I keep telling myself that I'll cross that bridge when I get there. Ideally I would like Berkeley (Stanford is not even in my ideal plans! how funny!). But Fordham is in NY where I have been promised a job as well and a very dear friend lives there and is willing to help me with everything. On the other hand, for personal reasons I would prefer California. But I have told myself not to make any decisions based only on what I want, but also on what would be good for me in the long run.

Tota, we've been through this, remember? It's all about UCLA - you know you want to ;-) I visited UCLA and Berkeley last summer. UCLA = awesome. Berkeley = weird.

@tota- I am not too sure about BU.. i didn't get good vibes from them which is a funny excuse.. I somehow prefer BC to BU.. but overall they have a good program.. if u wanna apply now would be the time.. As for Berkeley- dun think i have much of a chance of getting in there as well.. we'll just have to wait n watch..
U applied to UCLA as well.. thats awesome.. i am sure u'll get in there.. its an awesome university.. Fordham is good too.. and that would be a good place to go to.. U have a tough decision to make.. :)

It's not easy to answer...My believe is, that the long run is kind of defined by what you want, so you should consider what you want, when deciding. It's never good to listen to others instead of yourself. You are the only person that can decide. And last but not least: The uni is just the starting point...but the way you walk yourself afterwards!! IN particular since UCB and Stanford are greta Schools, I don't think that you can decide wrong regarding your future if you prefer CA!

@BU: I had a great interview and an offer with (how funny) a scholarship award, although I did not apply for one. I think I'm going to accept this offer, if not CLS (my first choice) will accept me...
