well i dont know about tier one ... but you can still apply to Boston University and George town
boston deadline is 15 April and georgetown is 15 Feb ...check the websites of the schools some of them have rolling admissions so you might just have a chance ... all the best with the applications

well it depends on what you want to specialise in BU has an excellent IP course ... also george town offers a general LLM and an LLM in International Legal Studies... these schools are amongst the top 15 schools in the US and are ranked higher sor certain specializations..

I think that the deadlines for the top ten schools have passed. But for the rest, there are many excellent schools, which you can still apply (Vanderbilt, BU, BC, Fordham etc.)
