UPenn or Georgetown with Specialization?

I was wondering what people's thoughts were about taking a UPenn Joint Degree program with Wharton, or Georgetown Taxation or Securities? The forums that I've read always seemed to have bland comments on Georgetown, i.e. for tax, it's a great school, but NYU is better, or UPenn is ranked higher.
I'm a foreign lawyer, and my background has mostly been tax, even if I've had my fair share of corporate legal work, too.
Which one would give greater chances at finding a job? Is taxation too specialized?

Dont think i can add much here other than the bland comments you already know about. GULC is def. a great place to pursue your tax llm. They have a strong presence at the tax job fairs along with NYU which is great for foreign tax lawyers looking for a job. I have friends placed with the Big 4 who are GULC passouts and highly recommend it.
My immediate boss is a Penn Graduate (JD) and obviously rates it highly, not for tax though..I must admit that I was initially overawed by the Penn-Wharton combo, however, it wasnt a specialization/field that i had interest in. It can be a great course if it interests you although it doesnt come cheap at an additional 5k.

According to me, Taxation IS too specialized and thats a big plus except for the purposes of taking the Bar where we all have to take up additional courses.
