I did, but I haven't heard from them yet. the status of my application still is "under review". Reading posts from other years I think they might start sending decision by friday.

From previous years posts admissions for the ealy notification cycle were sent 15-20 january, Hope we hear from them this very week

Other early review applicants still without news? As much as I love that there's an AppTracker enabling us to check when decisions came out last year, UPenn is really testing our patience here :-)

A friend of mine got an admission offer yesterday !

I got my offer little while back. At least no more waiting.

But no great shakes, in hindsight I realise UPenn is below my standard so I'm prob. going to turn them down.

Early review decisions to be released, at the latest, by 01 February.

Do they send all early admissions on the same day?
Hopefully not... I haven't heard from them...

What does it means when your application is complete?

@LLMAdmis: Don't worry, based on the past years UPenn sends out decisions on various days throughout the entire year. I also applied for early review and did not hear back yet. Many of the early applicants are very curious however given that decisions to early applicants were sent out last year around 19-24 January.

@Joy Hopeful: Usually "your application is complete" means that the school has verified if all necessary documents had been sent to them (such as personal statement, transcripts, letters of recommendation, sometimes statement of rank,...) and that they can confirm that all documents of your application have been properly received by the admissions committee.
