Sorry about that but I hope you get into another good school. Was your application under review twice? I'm asking as my application was first under review on 10th Jan 2020 and the date then changed to 27th Jan 2020.

Guys, I understand all students are asked to request a waiver for Upenn including native speakers. Anyone here whose waiver was granted but the status checker actually indicates "Test Score" received when there is none? Is this a technical glitch?

How many time did your status change? My app has been under review since 6 Jan and its status changed to 29 Jan, and 6 Feb respectively.
Not sure whether changing several times is a good sign.

My status has been changed to "decision rendered" today (14/02/2020) but I still have not received any email from them. I guess the decision email may arrive the following day or next Monday.
