I am on my way to getting a degree from UoL external (graduate admission). I also have a bachelors alloted by a US institution as well as a Masters in Law from a local Univeristy in Tirana, Albania.
Basically when time to apply would come I would have completed 4 years of legal studies (bachelors/Masters x 2) and have an original Bachelors of irrelevant matter to this profession.
I seem to be unclear on weather on not I am eligible to sit the Bar without attending an LLM in NY.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

No, you would definitely need an LLM for the NY bar, at least. Even then I think I’d need to know details of the undergraduate common law degree. Going through the backdoor like this is tricky for anyone with qualifications from non-common law countries.
