I am having some trouble deciding between UCLA (with scholarship) and Georgetown. Any input will be greatly apprceciated.

Depending on your area of interest Georgetown should be a better choice. But if you are interest in Business Law i think they are close. So if i were i would accept the scholarship.

My general interest is Intellectual property law but I plan to take a few courses on international law as well. I guess the financial consideration is quite important!

I think concerning about international law, georgetown is way above UCLA, but you also have to mesure the fact that georgetown you can´t take de bar exam in my case it counts.

Could tell me for what universities you´ve applied to, and your credential´s?
