Well...I've been waitlisted.
Sincerely hope that everyone who has received UCLA offers can receive offers from better law schools in the nearly future,and therefore I can get offer from UCLA in late April.

Unfortunately no, if a waitlisted student receive an offer in April/May, scholarships had been distributed to first round admitted students.

I've been waitlisted too... at least there is a glimmer of hope 

I just received an email from UCLA and I got accepted and with a very good scholarship ( 30 k)

I just received admission offer email, but in email scholarship was not mentioned. Does it mean I did not get scholarship or scholarship email will be sent later?  For those who received Offer and scholarship email seperately, how long have you waited for scholarship email?

I am from Bangladesh and planning to apply in UCLA for LLM. My credentials are:LLB from University of Dhaka (Topmost law school in Bangladesh- 3.21 (out of 4)LLM from University of Dhaka - 3.25 (out of 4)I have worked as an intern in UNHCR, Bangladesh with Rohingya refugees, I have work in the top commercial law chamber of Bangladesh as a law intern for 2 years. I have started an organization when I was 14 which advocates for environmental matters and global warming. I am associated with another organisation which work for the students of rural areas and provide them support. I have been a leader of a protest against eve-teasing and national dailies covered that. 
Do I stand a chance to get an offer?

SFC1Diya, You have outstanding credentials! I firmly believe that you own an excellent profile for which UCLA looks for! You must Work on your toefl, letter of recommendation and Essays. If you build a good material that describes your records, History And your future goals in a strategic manner(there is a
lot of examples in google and YouTube), its almost for certain that you’ll get accepted!
