UChicago vs UCLA

I know it sounds ridiculous to compare these two law schools, I am now facing a difficult choice.

I got an offer from UChicago, UPen,UCLA. I didn't apply to Other law schools.

I regard the LLM as an one-year vacation. I am not seeking for a new job. My position in my firm is secured. I was crazily busy these days. I am looking forward to having a nice, calm and relaxing year. On this point of view, UCLA comes to the top of my list. Los Angeles is a great city. It's very warm and has many attractive activities. There are also great places to visit around, including famous national parks.

On the other hand, I know about the law school ranking. I know that U Chicago is one of the best law schools in USA. But I am seriously worried about three things. One is the bad rumor(or maybe a good rumor?) that classes in UChicago are very demanding., you have to study very hard, you can't have a nice relaxing year.. etc. Is that true? Although I don't hate to study, I don't want to waste my one-year just for studying.
The second concern is the weather. I hate cold weather. I heard that Chicago is one of the coldest big city in USA. The can kill me. I can easily imagine that I have to stay the whole day in some buildings, which would be likely to be the library, during winter.
The third concern is the activities. I am not a big fan of cultural stuff. I know that Chicago has some musical theaters and nice jazz bars.. But I want to explore nature. I want to go to huge national parks, such as Yellow Stone, Grand Canyon,,, If the main thing to spend your break in Chicago is just to go to some musicals, movies, jazz bars, that is very disappointing for me.

Can anybody give me any advice to make my decision?
Please point out if I made any mistakes about the schools or the cities.

Thank you.

It seems that you have already got yourself an answer to your question.... If you are regarding the LLM as an one-year vacation, why bother the law school ranking? You should just go to UCLA.

You're completely wrong! Studying at UCLA is not a vacation!! I've heard from alumni that they needed to study hard, in order to pass their courses. You're clearly guided by the "California-is-lazy" stereotype.
