I have a scholarship from my government...I work at the competition agency and teach part time...I intend to go back to the same

I have absolute no idea, how berkeley is in that area. But I think, Chicago would be a world class choice for competition issues.

(might be, that I am biased because of my master in economics. we were following the Chicago doctrine in our economic classes (e.g. Industrial organization).)

when it comes down to topics, which have an economical content, then chicago is certainly better than berkeley
