Hi guys,

Got accepted to LLM programs at U Penn and Northwestern - can't decide and have to pay deposit soon. Which of the two would you choose and why? would appreciate any input. Thanks!

I think that Upenn has a better law program for commercial laws and Wharton is better ranked as a business school so Upenn should be your choice.

Hello,
I would go to UPenn without too much hesitation. The Law School is good, its location and the environment pleasant, the campus itself seems attractive, and they have a good curriculum with interdisciplinary courses that show a modern approach to the way of teaching.

Don't know if it helps, but well :)

Thanks for all the thoughts and I should say Congrats to the both of you (I see that you both have been admitted to various top LLM programs - congratulations !! :) )

I heard that living in Chicago is better and safer than in Philly, but again I haven't been to either city so that's why appreciate your thoughts. Have to say though that I'm now inclined to choose Penn over Northwestern, just from having a read through this website.

Pls let me know of any other views on this. Many thanks!
