The priority submission application deadline is coming up soon. Does anybody already have their application in?

Does anyone know when decisions will be sent out? Couldn’t find a specific date in any of Badger’s emails
Posted Feb 05, 2019 17:56
On the first e-mail (not from Badger, the one that says our app is complete) it says decisions are usually released around mid Feb. On Badger's e-mails he says his last e-mail - which is the next one - will have that information.

On the website it says that decisions will be released by February 15. Most likely it will be on that date since according to Dean Badger´s emails almost all completed applications were reviewed a couple of weeks ago. Nevertheless in the next e-mail we will receive the exact date.

He did mention February 15, and going by discussions on last years' threads, it is likely to come around February 14-15th. So, hopefully, decisions would be coming next week!

You know what, I actually like the way UChicago handles this decision process- they send us updates on how much they have made progress in their application review almost every week; they’ll let us know the exact date on which they release their decisions; they don’t cherrypick certain applicants by setting an early review deadline, unlike the other schools I applied to. I can already say whatever the decision they will give me, I’ll take it with gratitude for their honesty and sincerity.

I second that! I think Richard and the admissions team are very considerate and transparent with applicants.

According to the past year practice (they usually beats their own deadline by one day), they should issue decisions today. Good luck to everyone!
