Environment: very, very hot. very, very humid. New Orleans is an amazing city though, so I wouldn't let the weather put you off! Tulane is good for maritime/admiralty as I recall, they may even have a specialist LLM? Dunno specifics about the university as I have only visited the city, but I would imagine studying there would be great - intellectually rigorous with a party city to hit when you're sick of studying. I was looking at their visiting researcher scheme and thinking it looked pretty awesome.

thank you for your answer. I got accepted in to tulane's LLM in in energy and environment program with a scholarship so I am really considering going there. I got accepted to Boston U, but no scholarship, so this is a tough choice. Please, if anyone could share their thoughts on Tulane and their experience it would be really helpful.
Thank once again.
Thank once again.
