Do the veterans here think its too late to apply for LLM to USA this year ?
I fell severely sick. Just started on the applications today. Have I ruined my chances this year ?
I am talking about schools which still have deadlines. The ones which have passed are too expensive anyway.

comments like these grossly mislead applicants. Yeah right, "nothing venture nothing gained". Maybe Yolo is feeling smug about it too. Not cool.

A deadline exists for a reason. If you can put together a strong package before then, by all means please apply. If you believe you cannot do justice to it please don't, you'll screw up your chances irreversibly. Only you know how strong or how 'complete' you package is.

Hi Samira- I'm sorry to read that you have been ill and the timing does sound really inconvenient. If you browse the Message Board, you will notice that a lot of applications are already 'under review'. One of the disadvantages to applying at this stage is that a certain number of application decisions have already been made. For many programs, you will be competing against more people for fewer remaining spots. Still, it's not impossible and some people do succeed at this stage. Good luck!
