about the application process has got to be the personal statement. Writing these things is really annoying. Especially since I really need to put some effort into it since I'm probably a barely borderline candidate to begin with.

for me the worst part of the process is the waiting. after everything has been submitted, there's the four to five months of agonizing silence.

LoRs and Transcripts... I had 3 universities that I had to get Transcripts from.... thats annoying!

I have to agree with MAP 2009/ the worst part are the Letter of recommendations

is there any one who could tell me that i submitted my application form through post mail and my reommendation were sent as well from my university to berkeley law school.
i havent recieve anything so far.i am so worried . what should i do should i email them or call them or what.

When did you submitted you app documents?

In some universities you have to wait around one month (depending upon the date in which you submit your materials) for having the first email, specially if you submitt your materials near deadlines.

Personal statement. I definitly don´t know how to make a sellable portfolio of myself.

At least it seems to be an investment with a good rate of return (depending on which Law School one chooses to follow).

Why don't you call them?

Although I think that it could be normal to wait one month for the confirmation email, it's also true that you have the right -after one month of waiting- of sending an amil or call them... if that helps you to sleep better:)
