Hi,
I have been accepted to Gerorgetown and Northwestern for my Tax LLM, but I am waiting on NYU.
I want to practice in Michigan, but I am not sure where I should go. I plan to practice estate planning, probate, trusts, estates, will, and state/local tax. But, my worry is that I won't get a job.
I am coming from UMiami, top 25%, moot court, law journal, decent grades, 3.426.
Any thoughts? Much appreciated!

First, congrats on your admissions to Georgetown and Northwestern. I have been told by practitioners that going to a school that is close to where you want to practice is helpful. It allows you to network with attorneys in the area and you will likely see employers from the geographic area you want to practice at OCIs if you go to a school nearby. In my opinion that would put you at Northwestern.
However, I do know that Georgetown has an Estate Planning Certificate program that allows you to earn a certificate with your LL.M in that practice area. Because you stated that you are interested in that area, you may want to consider Georgetown's program.
Unfortunately, there are so many unknowns regarding the job market that it is tough to decide which program is best based on potential jobs. Therefore, you may find it helpful to make your decision based on factors such as geographic preference, financial, and area of practice.
I hope this information helps. I was accepted to NYU, Georgetown and UF's programs. I am going through the same decision making process as you. Let me know what you decide.
