3.5 GPA, Top 20% percent of faculty. A+ in two tax courses. Internship at a top tax Boutique.

Would I have a solid chance of being admitted to the NYU tax LLM?

You can only know if you apply. NYU compares applicants against each other so this depends on the relative strength of the candidate pool for any given year. Also, there are limited seats and everyone interested in tax is applying to NYU.
