I applied to Chicago, because I´m really attracted with behavioral law and economics research, and Sunstein is one of the most distinguished proffesor on the matter...

About Sunstein, i heard from several people that he's still staying on as a guest lecturer and will continue to teach some courses.
Can you give some inside info?
FYI, I am probably going to UCHICAGO for my LLM in 2008. Just got in a few days ago.

Greg,

You are right. Apparently he will be coming to Chicago during the winter quarter as a visiting scholar. So it will still be possible to take his courses. However, Chicago will drop to #4 in the Academic Rankings after Sunstein's departure...
